London and New York were the primary locations of where it happened, The characters were vibrant, brash, moody and young and included Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Michael Caine and fashion designer Ossie Clark. And of course the young photographer David Bailey himself who took these photographs.
